What counts as a unit?
Each rentable space you add in Vidimo — an apartment, a room, a pitch. A property with one unit is billed for one. You are billed for the units you have listed, and the amount follows you as you add or remove them.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is cardless: you create an account, add your property and use the product for 14 days. We ask for payment details only when you decide to continue.
Is compliance filing included in the price?
Yes. Where a connector is live, filings are included with no per-filing fee. Each country's page says which of its obligations Vidimo files today and which it does not.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. There is no per-booking fee and no percentage of your revenue. The only charge is the monthly amount per unit.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the app. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
