Reported within 12 hours
Guests register themselves at online check-in; Vidimo prepares the report within the legal window.
Tourist tax, ready
The right amount for every municipality and a monthly summary to remit by the 25th.
No fines, no stress
Every report traceable; ZPPreb-1 compliance built into every booking.
Three deadlines you can't afford to miss
Renting out in Slovenia means three separate obligations, each with its own deadline. Most fines come from a single overlooked one.
Guest reporting (eTurizem)
Report every guest via AJPES eTurizem; the system forwards the data to the Police, SURS, and your municipality. Airbnb and Booking do not report for you.
Tourist and promotional tax
You collect the tax on the municipality's behalf and remit it to its account. The promotional tax adds 25% on top of the tourist tax.
Monthly statistical report
The overnight-stays report for the Statistical Office (SURS) goes through the same eTurizem system.
How it works
Three steps. Set it up once, the rest runs itself.
Connect your bookings
Vidimo gathers reservations from Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels in one place.
Guests register themselves
At online check-in the guest submits their details and scans their document. No manual retyping.
Report ready within the window
Vidimo prepares the eTurizem submission within the 12-hour legal window and builds the monthly tourist-tax summary. Automated filing arrives with the Slovenian connector launch.

Answers to the most common concerns before switching to automated reporting.
Does Vidimo report for me?
Vidimo is designed to prepare and file each guest's eTurizem report within the 12-hour window. The Slovenian eTurizem connector is in the works; join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment automated filing is available. Already today, Vidimo collects and prepares all the data a report needs.
Do I have to report guests from Airbnb and Booking too?
Yes. The legal duty to report always sits with you as the host; the platform does not file on your behalf. Vidimo captures bookings from every channel in one place so no guest goes unreported.
What happens if I miss the 12-hour window?
For late or missed guest reports, ZPPreb-1 prescribes fines: for hosts, mostly from EUR 500 to 2,000 depending on legal form. Enforcement runs through the Police. Vidimo flags deadlines and keeps a trail of every report so it doesn't come to that; check the exact amounts in the cited sources.
Where are my data and my guests' data stored?
We process data under the GDPR within the EU. Vidimo is the processor of your data and keeps it only as long as the law and the reporting purpose require.
What about the tourist tax in my municipality?
The tourist-tax amount is set by each municipality's ordinance and varies between them. Vidimo prepares a monthly summary with the right amount for your municipality, to remit by the 25th.
Do I need an RNO entry and a digital certificate?
Reporting to eTurizem requires your accommodation's entry in the Register of Accommodation Establishments (RNO), an AJPES account, and a qualified digital certificate. We help you get set up.
